Vis-Frailty is a self-service frailty screening kiosk, co-developed by the National Healthcare Group (NHG) and CareCam. It enables individuals to complete a validated mobility assessment independently and receive a frailty score.

Frailty Is Rising. Measurement Hasn't Kept Up
As Singapore's HealthierSG initiative moves to place primary care and community health partners at the centre of frailty screening in Singapore, a fundamental gap remains: there is still no standardised, objective tool for measuring it.
Current options rely largely on survey and judgement-based instruments such as the Clinical Frailty Scale and the FRAIL scale. Their subjectivity raises real concerns about reliability and accuracy.
